About the role

Body Smart is looking for an amazing and energetic Physiotherapist who wants to make a difference while working with a team of enthusiastic multi-disciplinary allied health practitioners. At Body Smart, we promote an active evidence-based practice, using a broad clinical skillset from Physical assessments, Manual Therapy, Corrective Exercise, Hydrotherapy and Gym or Reformer Pilates-based exercise & rehab. With an interesting varied caseload delivered within clinical gym-based settings.

Skills and experience

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of a mixed caseload of musculoskeletal, neurological and chronic health conditions
  • Working as apart of a multi-disciplinary team to develop, plan and implement treatment plans using an active goal-focused approach
  • Maintain a high level of practice and achieve client outcomes and personal Clinical excellence measures

The Person:

  • An ability to problem solve, think on your feet
  • Excellent face to face, verbal and written communication
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse patient base ranging from people with disabilities to athletes and chronic disease management patients
  • Professional, friendly persona who takes pride in making a difference
  • Loves having fun being apart of a team, but also driven to work independently
